Sidor_Character: DeepSeek Harness Character Card Management Plugin

Sidor_Character is a companion plugin for DeepSeek Harness (DSH), designed to manage personas efficiently through the "everything is a plugin" philosophy. It supports bulk importing of persona cards in formats such as `.persona.md`, and provides features such as list management, applying to the current session, and installing as Agent presets. DSH must be restarted after installation for the changes to take effect, and Agent presets follow a single-preset model, where newly installed presets overwrite previous ones. Plugin data is stored locally in the browser, and the plugin can coexist independently with the main interface and the toolbox.
