DSH Web Plugin: dsh-file-explorer-preview-sequence Sequence Viewer

The `dsh-file-explorer-preview-sequence` plugin provides interactive previews for biological sequence files in the DSH Web environment. Based on the SeqViz library, it supports multiple formats such as FASTA and GenBank, and offers interactive features including circular/linear topology views, feature annotation, restriction site display, and search highlighting. After installation, file previews render the visualization directly. For files with ambiguous extensions, users can explicitly select this plugin from the “Open With” menu. Note that the plugin is currently read-only, and support for the SnapGene format and large files requires a newer version. If a file format is not recognized, it falls back to a plain-text view.
