dsh-canvas-tsx-sidebar: Qoder Canvas Renderer for the DSH Sidebar

`dsh-canvas-tsx-sidebar` is a DSH Web plugin for statically parsing and rendering `*.canvas.tsx` files in the sidebar, without executing source code and with zero dependencies. It supports file viewer takeover or manual path access, and is integrated with the `writing-qoder-canvas` Skill to assist generation. Installation requires DSH 0.2.0 and `dsh-better-sidebar`. The parser is a lightweight implementation, does not support complex TypeScript features, and takes over all `.tsx` files.
