dsh-prompt-vcs：爲智能體指令面做版本記錄與回滾

dsh-prompt-vcs 是 hj01857655 發佈的 DSH 插件，對 AGENTS.md、CLAUDE.md、Skill 等指令面文件做變更追蹤：unified diff 與 user/plugin/agent 歸因寫入 .promptvcs/history.jsonl，支持 log、diff、rollback 及 Settings 中的 Prompt VCS 面板。安裝命令爲 dsh plugin --profile web add dsh-prompt-vcs。SkillHub 條目已歸檔，源碼曾併入 dsh-plugins monorepo；獨立 GitHub 倉庫不可用，npm 仍可安裝。使用前請審閱源碼與 MIT 許可證，並注意插件以 dsh 進程權限運行。
