Add a answering status pet to the DeepSeek Harness web interface using dsh-answer-pet

dsh-answer-pet is a DSH Web answer status pet framework (MIT, 0.6.0) maintained by Nanki-nn. The pet switches animations between thinking, outputting and tool calling. Its status card summarizes tokens, speed and time consumption, and displays the cropped model trajectory. Its appearance is defined by PetTheme v1, and it has built-in blue whales, orange cats and British Shorthair cats.
