dsh-plugin-omoslim: Provides Orchestrator preset and model profile management for DSH

`dsh-plugin-omoslim` is an MIT-licensed plugin package based on the DSH philosophy, aimed at realizing an "everything is a plugin" architecture. It installs an `orchestrator` agent preset that decouples the main Agent's planning and dispatch functions from 11 specialist subagents responsible for specific tasks (such as explorer, oracle, designer, etc.), achieving role division. Core features include the decoupling of model and persona combinations: model configurations are independently stored in the `~/.dsh/.agent-presets/orchestrator/models.d/` directory, supporting the maintenance of multiple named profiles, and managed via the `omoslim` CLI.
