dsh-nix-dev-shell：让 DSH 的 bash 自动进入工作区 Nix devShell

dsh-nix-dev-shell 是 running-grass 维护的 DSH 工作流插件。它在不替换 ctx.shell 执行器的前提下，按 workdir 向上查找 flake.nix，用 env 或 wrap 模式让 bash 命令进入 nix develop 环境；支持沙箱内 NIX_CACHE_HOME、devShell 缓存与系统提示词说明。安装：dsh plugin --profile web add github:running-grass/dsh-nix-dev-shell，需重启 DSH。无 flake 或失败时退回原生 bash。
