dsh-neo-skin: Overlaying Neo-brutalism Skin on DeepSeek Harness Web UI

dsh-neo-skin is a zero-dependency web UI client skin plugin within the DSH plugin ecosystem, developed under the MIT license. It overlays neo-brutalism semantic tokens on top of the built-in light, dark, and system themes, achieving hard shadows, 2px borders, sharp-cornered panels, and a high-contrast style without replacing the original themes. The plugin includes two built-in schemes, "Blue Command" and "Aged Newspaper," which can be switched in real time in settings, with the state persistently stored in localStorage. It is compatible with components such as dsh-voice-input and supports multiple theme modes. Installation requires building the bundle locally, then adding it to the Web profile via the dsh plugin command, and configuring it in the configuration file.
