Missher Evolution: A Privacy-Bounded Self-Evolving Plugin for DeepSeek Harness

Missher Evolution is a management and security plugin for DeepSeek Harness, designed to provide agents with privacy-bounded self-improvement capabilities. It is compatible with the MSE SDK and performs bounded learning of workflows, preferences, and outcomes in a local environment, uses SHA-256 hashes to ensure data isolation, and stores local state in `$DSH_HOME/missher-evolution/`. Installation requires DeepSeek Harness Desktop >= 0.3.8. Users can enable the feature and manage learning rules in Settings. Data remains fully local and does not contain sensitive credentials. Different Profiles under the same DSH_HOME share evolution state.
