dsh-maestro-runtime：適配 Maestro-Flow 的 DSH 運行時插件

`dsh-maestro-runtime` 是一款 DSH 插件，旨在將 Maestro-Flow 運行時適配到 DSH 會話中。核心功能包括 Guard 安全防護、Context 上下文注入、Onboarding 引導、KG 知識圖譜後臺同步、Delegate 通知處理、Team 協作心跳記錄及 Coordinator 橋接。插件通過 pnpm 安裝並掛載，覆蓋 P0+P1 場景，實現無縫集成與深度交互。
