@dong-victor/dsh-mcphub: Bridging MCPHub Tools into DSH

`@dong-victor/dsh-mcphub` is a DSH Web GUI plugin designed to resolve the issue that locally aggregated MCP server tools cannot be directly invoked by DSH. It works by connecting to MCPHub (default port 3000) and registering the tools as agent-native tools (naming format: `mcp__mcphub__<server name>-<tool name>`). Core features include tool bridging, automatic reconnection, hot synchronization (listening for change events), and a sidebar status panel. The plugin supports overriding endpoint addresses, grouping, or authentication credentials through configuration, and can force a refresh of the tool list. It bridges only MCP Tool capabilities, requires the MCPHub service to be running online, and alleviates the pain point of maintaining multi-tool configurations.
