dsh-thirteen-bg is a Live Wallpaper plugin for DeepSeek Harness, designed to provide dynamic background effects to the Web GUI. It supports GIFs, videos, and various static image formats, utilizing HTML5 video tags and CSS rendering, along with a client-side local storage mechanism, and includes a built-in dimming slider to ensure text readability. After installation, the service must be restarted; the background can be configured by uploading a local file or pasting a URL. It does not occupy pseudo-elements and has zero conflicts with skin plugins.
