dsh-wsl-gpufix: WSL2 GPU Access Plugin for DSH Landlock Sandbox

`dsh-wsl-gpufix` is a Cordis plugin designed to address the inability of the DSH Landlock sandbox to access the GPU in a WSL2 environment. By adding read/write permissions for `/dev/dxg` and `/proc` to the sandbox configuration, it fixes CUDA initialization failures and GPU driver loading errors, enabling local model inference while maintaining sandbox isolation and security.
