dsh-kde-tint: Applying KDE System Accent Color to the DSH Web UI

This plugin synchronizes the DSH Web UI theme color with the KDE desktop accent color. It reads KDE configuration files to apply the system accent color to the Web interface and supports automatic switching between light and dark modes. The installation command is `dsh plugin --profile web add github:iwinoid/dsh-kde-tint`. The plugin provides API endpoints for retrieving color configurations, includes fallback mechanisms, and is limited to the Linux platform.
