Jev-LCM Compaction Plugin for DeepSeek Harness

Jev-LCM Compaction is an experimental plugin for DeepSeek Harness (DSH), designed to address state budget saturation and text floor growth caused by standalone Jev compression. The plugin introduces a Jev sorting layer before native compression, uses local SQLite archives to losslessly preserve raw evidence, and optimizes retention rates through rolling retention-rate percentile calibration. It supports multiple providers, overflow markers, and rich session debugging tools. Although it offers functional completeness and fallback mechanisms, it is developer preview software only and does not guarantee production-grade parity.
