Introduction to the DeepSeek Harness Local AI TTS Plugin

The DeepSeek Harness local TTS plugin connects to local engines such as IndexTTS 2.5 or GPT-SoVITS via the JSONL protocol to enable sentence-level speech synthesis. The plugin does not include model weights and functions only as a process launcher and transport interface. Users need to select an engine, configure environment paths and reference audio, and enable automatic reading in the settings. Installation requires a Node.js 22+ environment, does not support stopping currently playing audio, and is licensed under the MIT License.
