Integrate Email Capabilities into DeepSeek Harness Agent with dsh-email

The community plugin dsh-email provides six types of tools for DSH agent via IMAP/SMTP: inbox list viewing, email reading, email searching, email sending on behalf, folder management and attachment handling. It has eight built-in presets including QQ, 163 and Gmail accounts, and supports multiple accounts and a web settings page.
