The DeepSeek Harness (DSH) Web plugin provides a unified hotkey registry service, `ctx.hotkeys`, designed to resolve the issue of plugins independently intercepting keyboard settings. Plugins register actions via `registerAction`, supporting multiple trigger scopes (such as global, input area, and command menu) and persisted user key remappings. The platform does not provide host capabilities; it is solely responsible for unified configuration, which can be managed through a visual interface or the `/hotkeys` command. The plugin is currently under development.
