hanamesh-usage：同意门控的设备签名 Usage 事件
hanamesh-usage 是 yzsnstotz 维护的 HanaMesh Usage（工作流）DSH bundle：在本机保留 Declaration 三态摘要，经同意门与设备签名缓冲并上报最小结构化 open/use/install 事实，不存 prompt 与凭据。可选依赖 hanamesh-core；安装命令为 dsh plugin --profile <p> add hanamesh-usage。提供本地 /api/hanamesh/usage 系列接口、ctx.hanameshUsage 服务、Settings 内开发小面板及本设备服务端读回。配置 eventRetentionDays（默认 90）与 queryLimit（默认 100）。

hanamesh-core 是 yzsnstotz 维护的 HanaMesh MOD-02 身份客户端 Core 插件，分类 admin-security，面向 DSH 0.2.x 宿主。提供设备身份、同意/撤回、HanaMesh 设置段、套件入口与组件健康观察；Usage/AppHost 独立安装。资料未给出固定 dsh plugin add 命令，需通过 SkillHub 目录与 DSH 管理器安装，运行需隔离 DSH_HOME。另含 hanamesh-core-agent JSON 进程协议与公开契约导出。安装前请审源码与 SECURITY 文档；插件以 DSH 进程权限运行。
