DSH Web Settings Panel Search Plugin

The settings panel in DeepSeek Harness (DSH) Web mode lacks a quick location feature, so this plugin provides a search entry point. It runs in the browser, adds a search box to the settings panel, and displays a separate candidate list after input. Clicking a candidate navigates to the corresponding section and focuses the relevant setting item. The plugin builds its index through three methods—Slot Ledger, registered surfaces, and DOM scanning—and allows third-party plugins to register item-level data via a global object. Installation requires editing the Web configuration's `package.json` to add the dependency. Note that the plugin only supports browser environments and searching for specific items in sections that have been accessed or registered.
