DeepSeek Harness API Token Usage Bar Plugin

This is a lightweight UI plugin for DeepSeek Harness, designed to visualize the consumption breakdown of API tokens. It directly reads the session projection inside DSH and displays usage in three segments: cached input (green), uncached input (yellow), and output (blue). The plugin does not require access to the API key or make network requests, making it secure and adding no extra overhead.
