dsh-load-agent-rules：让 DSH 读懂仓库里已有的 Cursor、Copilot 规则

许多仓库已为 Cursor、GitHub Copilot、Windsurf 等工具维护规则文件，而 DSH 默认只读 AGENTS.md 与 CLAUDE.md。社区插件 dsh-load-agent-rules（acus9345，MIT）扫描 .mdc、copilot-instructions、.windsurfrules 等路径，按各工具语义注入：always-on 规则在会话初写入，glob 规则在首次触碰匹配文件时附加，其余通过 project_rule 按需读取；支持去重与字节预算配置。安装：dsh plugin --profile web add dsh-load-agent-rules。
