maybemar/dsh-ctrl-c: Use Ctrl+C to Interrupt Generation in DSH Web

This plugin is designed to resolve the issue in the DSH Web client where pressing Ctrl+C is easily intercepted by the browser's default behavior or input methods. It intercepts the Ctrl+C event: when no text is selected, it treats it as an interruption command, displays a confirmation prompt, and stops generation; when text is selected, it performs a normal copy. The plugin also supports automatic queue resumption without interfering with other key combinations or input method operations. After installation, the dsh web process must be restarted.
