dsh-import-copilot-files: Inject VSCode/Copilot Configuration into a DSH Session

The DeepSeek Harness (DSH) plugin maintained by NEVSTOP-LAB loads your workspace's VSCode/Copilot AI configuration into DSH sessions to enable configuration sharing. It reads specific files under the `.github` directory (such as `copilot-instructions.md` and skill files) for persistent or conditional injection, and supports loading configurations from external directories. The plugin only reads workspace files; configuration changes take effect immediately but require restarting DSH. Installation requires DSH version 0.1.7 or later, and it is no longer compatible with 0.1.5/0.1.6.
