dsh-plugin-compact-button: Compact Control for the DeepSeek Harness Web Interface

dsh-plugin-compact-button is an MIT-licensed Web UI plugin that adds one-click session compaction to DeepSeek Harness. It inserts a button to the left of the model selector and invokes the deployment's built-in `/compact` command, replacing the cumbersome manual command entry. The plugin supports execution when an agent is idle, displays compaction status feedback, and handles rejection reasons, but it only supports the Web interface and requires the deployment to have compaction capabilities.
