dsh-coder-preset：为 Coder 会话挂载 Matt Pocock 工程技能 bundle

dsh-coder-preset 是 yuanshuoSY 维护的 DeepSeek Harness bundle，为 Coder agent 提供 preset 与 37 个 Matt Pocock 工程技能（简体中文），其中 15 个可由模型自动加载，22 个为 user-only；技能仅在 Coder 会话可见。安装需从 Releases 取 tarball，经插件管理或 dsh plugin add 本地路径装入 web 等 CLI 托管 profile，并声明 engines.dsh >=0.2.1-rc.3。文档含常用 slash 命令、git-guardrails 说明及与 standard 会话隔离要点。
