@puxora/dsh-browserpilot: Local Chrome Control for DSH

`@puxora/dsh-browserpilot` is an independent DSH dual-platform plugin for BrowserPilot, designed to solve the issue of DSH Agent securely accessing and controlling local Chrome. The Host provides browser tools via MCP, while the Web client offers settings, permission policies, and access to the local management panel. Core features include local Chrome control, hierarchical permission restrictions, local final confirmation, and connection diagnostics. The plugin strictly prohibits saving tokens, cookies, or credentials to DSH; local policies can only further restrict rather than relax global policies, and sensitive operations such as uploads and downloads are banned within DSH. Installation requires first registering Chrome Native Messaging via `browserpilot install`.
