dsh-narrator：为 DSH Agent 加上旁白、确认门禁与插话即停

dsh-narrator 是 Chasterccj 维护的 DSH 工作流插件，在宿主侧为 Agent 提供重要动作白话旁白、tools/pre-execute 不可逆硬门禁（须 ask_user_question）以及执行中用户新消息取消当前 turn 的策略。支持 cordis.patch.yml 配置与 /narrator 命令持久化覆盖，默认处理写盘、命令、插件与子代理等动作，子代理场景通过 children: report 交回父代理确认。安装：dsh plugin --profile web add dsh-narrator；适用 DSH >= 0.2.1-rc.2 < 0.3.0，MIT，无网络与构建依赖。
