dsh-pipeline-kernel：DSH 多 Agent 管线管理内核

dsh-pipeline-kernel 是 not-big-dog 维护的 DSH Cordis 插件，提供管线无关的多 Agent 管理能力：任务板、台账、部署、注册表、巡检、打包复用与 Web 控制面板。管线由 pipeline_define 配置定义，内核不预置业务。安装需 deepseek-harness 0.1.0-rc.8+，通过 link 或 dsh plugin add 启用，新会话获得 pipeline_* 工具。典型流程为 define → deploy → seed → push → claim/done → status，v0.8 起默认开启 watchdog 自愈与停滞汇报。MIT 许可，GitHub 约 36 stars。
