dsh-speed：爲 DSH 提供 Standard / Fast / Ultrafast 模型速度選擇

dsh-speed（0.2.1-alpha.2）爲 DeepSeek Harness 在 Web Model/Effort 菜單與終端 /speed 命令中提供 Standard、Fast、Ultrafast 三檔選擇，支持本地 openai-codex、ProviderProxy 與官方 OpenAI 路由；憑據按路由隔離，偏好按會話/Provider/模型持久化。安裝以 Nix 託管 profile 與 host 插件配置爲準，需重啓 DSH；加速取決於賬號權益，插件不授予 entitlement。
