dsh-janitor：为 DeepSeek Harness 提供可审查的工作区清理计划

dsh-janitor 是 zhengqiuyang 为 DeepSeek Harness 发布的工作流插件，注册 janitor_scan 工具，用 agent-janitor 引擎按确定性规则扫描会话遗留的计划文档与临时脚本，输出带 protected/keep/recent/needs-review/safe-to-remove 裁决及证据的清理计划。janitor 不是 agent，v0.1 不删除文件。安装：dsh plugin --profile default add dsh-janitor。可配置 minAgeDays 与 protectedPaths。适合需要可审计 hygiene、与 time-machine 类快照插件互补的场景。
