dsh-annotation-cards：在 DSH 里用选区注解把上下文写进对话

dsh-annotation-cards 是 kaige1986kg 维护的 DSH Web/Desktop 插件，实现选中文本后弹窗写注解、蓝色角标、输入框上方 N 条注释胶囊，以及发送时自动附加 [[对话注解]] 块并卡片化展示。安装使用官方 dsh plugin --profile web add github:kaige1986kg/dsh-annotation-cards，要求 DSH >=0.2.0 <0.3.0，无额外配置；注解仅存浏览器内存，无网络与凭据访问。
