Preface¶
DeepSeek Harness (DSH) is built around the design philosophy of “everything is a plugin,” and its community ecosystem is independent of official DeepSeek. In practice, developers often need to manually install and configure community plugins one by one, which is cumbersome and error-prone. dsh-bundles aims to solve this problem by providing standardized toolkits categorized by persona, with support for one-click installation, preview, and safe uninstallation.
Plugin Introduction¶
Name: dsh-bundles
Repository: lm20230311/dsh-bundles
Positioning: Curated persona plugin bundles for DeepSeek Harness.
Maintainer: LM20230311.
Pain Points Addressed: Manually managing dependencies and version conflicts across multiple plugins; provides curated plugin combinations grouped by role (e.g., developers and designers).
Core Features¶
- Persona Plugin Bundles: Includes 6 built-in curated toolkits covering developers, creators, designers, students, researchers, and fun scenarios, and contains 29 community plugins.
- One-Click Workflow: Supports card-style preview, one-click installation, safe uninstallation, and real-time installation progress viewing.
- Plugin Details: View the installation source, repository link, and marketplace metadata for each plugin.
- Safe Recovery: During installation, already installed bundles are skipped and pre-existing shared bundles are preserved. If installation fails, the system automatically rolls back to the previous state.
- Shared Directory: Provides a verified directory of community plugins to ensure reliable plugin sources.
Installation and Activation¶
Install the plugin via the official command line:
dsh plugin --profile web add dshbundles
After installation, restart dsh web and then open Settings → Plugin Bundles to use it.
Typical Usage¶
Install a Specific Persona Bundle¶
npx -y dshbundles@latest install developer --profile web
Safely Uninstall a Bundle¶
npx -y dshbundles@latest uninstall developer --profile web
Adopt Legacy Installations¶
If an installation is not managed in the UI, or if you want to bring manually installed bundles under unified management, use the adopt command:
npx -y dshbundles@latest adopt developer --profile web
View Installation Status¶
# 列出所有包
npx -y dshbundles@latest list --profile web
# 查看特定包的状态
npx -y dshbundles@latest status developer --profile web
Test Install from Source¶
Before publishing, if you need to test from source, use the following command:
dsh plugin --profile web add --allow-build=dshbundles github:LM20230311/dsh-bundles#main
Use Cases and Notes¶
Use Cases: Developers who need to quickly set up specific workflows (e.g., full-stack development, UI design), or DSH users who want to manage plugins in bulk.
Notes:
* Plugins run with the permissions of the current DSH process. Before installation, be sure to check the source code and license to ensure compliance with security standards.
* The installation writes an ownership ledger to the target configuration file, at the path .dsh-bundles/state.
* Uninstallation removes only the plugins exclusively installed by that bundle, and does not delete pre-existing bundles or shared plugins referenced by other bundles.
* The default pnpm command timeout is 3 minutes. If the network is slow, you can adjust it by setting the environment variable DSHBUNDLES_PNPM_TIMEOUT_MS.
* After installation, restart dsh web and refresh the plugin list in Settings.
Summary¶
dsh-bundles lowers the barrier to integrating with the DeepSeek Harness ecosystem through standardized management workflows. It not only provides curated plugin combinations, but also ensures the stability of dependency management through safety mechanisms. The project home and plugin marketplace directory are available at dshbundles.com.
