DeepSeek Harness (DSH) supports feature extension through plugins. Appearance plugins are one such category, used for customizing the wallpaper and color scheme of the application interface. Common wallpaper solutions usually use a centered display, which often causes the main subject to be obscured by the chat pane. dsh-any-background-plus is an enhanced fork of the original project. By introducing a dual-lane layout and refined control parameters, it resolves this layout conflict and provides additional practical features.

dsh-any-background-plus is a DSH appearance plugin maintained by lilcandi. It is modified based on the original MIT-licensed project, with the core goal of solving the occlusion problem caused by a centered subject, and providing dual-lane wallpapers, independent per-side folder carousels, and fine-grained opacity and blur control.

The main features of this plugin are as follows:

• Dual-lane wallpapers: Supports displaying one image on each of the left and right sides, avoiding the central chat pane area.
• Dual folder carousels: Supports configuring different image folders for the left and right sides, each with its own carousel.
• Floating rotating sphere: Provides a circular button in the bottom-right corner of the window, with a real-time countdown ring (displayed only for minute-level carousels). Clicking the button immediately advances the carousel, and right-clicking it returns it to the corner.
• Custom theme colors: Supports customizing the theme color.
• Fine-grained control: Provides independent adjustment of opacity and blur for each surface.

• Lane layout: The wallpaper split line is located at the absolute center of the window, and the left and right lanes have equal widths by construction.
• Rotation control: Click the floating sphere in the bottom-right corner to immediately switch to the next image.
• Sphere interaction: Right-click the floating sphere to return it to the corner.
