dsh-remote-qqbot: QQ Remote Bot Plugin for DSH

Introduction

When DSH runs tasks on a computer, users are often away. When a task completes, requires a decision, or errors during execution, a low-latency channel is needed to receive notifications and seamlessly continue the conversation. The dsh-remote-qqbot plugin pushes DSH task status to QQ and supports continuing the session by quoting a reply.

What It Is

dsh-remote-qqbot is a QQ remote bot plugin for DeepSeek Harness, maintained by cyanovo and licensed under MIT. It pushes task status on the computer to QQ on the phone and allows continuing the session via quoted replies.

Installation

Run the following command to install the plugin:

dsh plugin --profile desktop add github:cyanovo/dsh-remote-qqbot

After installation, the DSH process must be restarted for the changes to take effect. If you are using dsh web, replace --profile desktop in the command with --profile web.

Configuration

  1. Open DSH settings.
  2. Go to QQ Remote Reminders and Cross-Session Memory.
  3. In the QQ Remote Reminders option, enter the QQ bot’s AppID and ClientSecret.
  4. Save and restart DSH.

Usage

  • View status: Send /status to the bot in QQ to view the connection status and current session.
  • Force new task: Send /task <content> to force the content as a new task into a dedicated session.
  • Session management: Send /sessions to list recent sessions. Reply with a number to switch sessions.
  • Send screenshot: Send /screen to capture the computer screen and send it to yourself.
  • Continue conversation: Quote and reply to a message sent by the bot. The reply content will be injected into the session associated with that message.

Core Features

  • Task notifications: Push notifications to QQ when a task completes, when a question needs to be answered, or when execution errors occur.
  • Session memory: Supports persistent cross-session memory, automatic appending of agentmd operation logs, and session context injection.
  • Interaction methods: Supports active QQ private chat notifications and quoted replies back to the corresponding session.
  • Collaboration mode: Multiple sessions in the same workspace collaborate automatically. There is an independent toggle below the input box.
  • Response modes: Provides three response modes (default without storing on the server, store on server only, store on server + short link).
  • Chat mode: Chat sessions default to “view-only, no action,” and responses are returned directly in the chat box.
  • Remote operations: The QQ menu supports “Screen” to send screenshots and “Sessions” to select a session and talk.
  • Automatic updates: Supports remote updates, can be installed with one click via the /update command.

Technical Details and Notes

  • Zero dependencies: No account registration, login, server, public IP, or frp required. The plugin connects directly to Tencent’s official bot interface.
  • Inbound limitations: Inbound injection (such as quoted replies) requires support from the local 127.0.0.1:19387/api interface.
  • Permission security: Chat sessions are “read-only” and do not occupy server storage by default.
  • Privacy protection: The cloud upload master switch cloudEnabled is off by default. The default response mode does not store data on the server. The body exists only locally and in QQ chat history.
