Introduction¶
The plugin ecosystem for DeepSeek Harness (DSH) is expanding, and developers can give agents more capabilities through plugins. Music interaction is a common requirement in agent applications, but existing general-purpose tools often lack deep integration with local preferences and specific platforms. As a community plugin, Feiyu Radio (FishFM) aims to address this pain point by combining NetEase Cloud Music’s recommendation capabilities with local model-based filtering, giving DSH a pair of headphones of its own.
Plugin Overview¶
FishFM is a community music plugin for DSH, maintained by developer A7m0spHere. It does not rely on cloud credentials; all data and preferences are stored locally. It supports importing reference songs from NetEase Cloud Music, using a model configured in DSH to filter playlists, and filtering new songs.
Core Capabilities¶
- Listen on NetEase Cloud Music: Connects to the NetEase Cloud Music platform and plays songs based on account permissions.
- Local preference learning: Records listening history for future recommendations.
- Model-based playlist filtering: Combines reference songs with a model to automatically select songs and provide reasons.
- New song filtering: Filters new songs within a specified scope.
Installation and Activation¶
Add the plugin in DSH’s plugin manager, or run the following command in the command line (using the Web profile as an example):
dsh plugin --profile web add dsh-feiyufm-core@0.1.0-beta.3 --registry https://registry.npmjs.org/
After installation, click “Activate Now”. Only one FishFM can be enabled under the same profile.
Usage Workflow¶
- Log in to the platform: Expand “Feiyu Radio” in the DSH sidebar, click “Music Platform”, and scan the QR code with the NetEase Cloud App to log in.
- Import references: Import reference songs from recent plays, favorite songs, or a specified playlist for the model to learn from.
- Pick songs or play a request: Use the model configured in DSH to select songs from a playlist, or manually play songs from the music library.
Notes¶
- Platform support: Windows + NetEase Cloud Music is generally available; macOS is experimental; QQ Music integration is postponed.
- Data storage: The database is located at
$DSH_HOME/fishfm/music.sqliteby default. NetEase Cloud sessions are stored using DPAPI (Windows) or Keychain (macOS); the model will not receive cookies or credentials. - License: The code is licensed under the MIT License, but dependencies and assets are subject to their respective licenses. User-provided derivative images are not covered by this project’s authorization.
- Runtime and upgrades: The first playback may require a few seconds of waiting. After an upgrade, it is recommended to fully exit DSH (including the tray) before restarting.
