dsh-idle-scholar：把智能体等待时间变成闪卡学习

idle-scholar 是 Smallballoons01 维护的 DSH 记忆类插件，在工具调用、MCP 连接等等待回合开头展示一张学习卡再继续主任务。提供 study_card、study_status、study_switch 三个工具，进度写入 $DSH_HOME/idle-scholar.json。内置英语、日语与法考八科 JSON 种子牌组，可扩展课程包；亦可将 idle-scholar Skill 单独复制到其他 Agent 环境。安装命令为 dsh plugin --profile web add 本地路径，需 Node ≥20，MIT 许可。
