dsh-auto-continue：DSH Web UI 中断后自动发送「继续」

dsh-auto-continue 是 HsiangNianian 维护的 DSH Web UI 工作流插件。当回合因网络错误、超时、max-tokens 等非人为原因中断时，它经 agent.followup 自动发送可配置的「继续」文本恢复任务。引擎自 0.8.0 起运行在宿主进程内，支持错误分类、自适应退避、幂等护栏、循环守卫、暂停与统计面板。安装：dsh plugin --profile web add dsh-client-auto-continue，要求 DSH ≥ 0.1.0-rc.7。
