dsh-speed：为 DSH 提供 Standard / Fast / Ultrafast 模型速度选择

dsh-speed（0.2.1-alpha.2）为 DeepSeek Harness 在 Web Model/Effort 菜单与终端 /speed 命令中提供 Standard、Fast、Ultrafast 三档选择，支持本地 openai-codex、ProviderProxy 与官方 OpenAI 路由；凭据按路由隔离，偏好按会话/Provider/模型持久化。安装以 Nix 托管 profile 与 host 插件配置为准，需重启 DSH；加速取决于账号权益，插件不授予 entitlement。
