dsh-plugin-autoupdater：为 DSH 已安装的 npm 插件做定期检查与自动更新

dsh-plugin-autoupdater 是 wy7779 为 DeepSeek Harness 编写的插件自动更新器，面向从 npm 安装的第三方 bundle。默认每 3 小时查询 latest，支持自动安装；DSH 拒绝原地升级时可选卸载重装，失败则尝试恢复旧版本。自动更新仅在会话空闲 ≥5 分钟执行，设置页提供开关、间隔与逐条结果，状态保存在 ~/.dsh/plugin-auto-updater/state.json。要求 DSH 0.2.1+，桌面端可通过 github:wy7779/dsh-plugin-autoupdater 安装。
