dsh-phishing-guard：入库前扫 agent 会读到的文本里的可疑指令

DSH 插件 @deepwhale-cn/dsh-phishing-guard 对知识库、模板与网页等 agent 会读的文本做静态规则扫描，覆盖指令覆盖、隐藏字符、HTML concealment、外发指令与 system 角色标记等 9 条规则；非运行时防护、不扫代码。安装命令 dsh plugin --profile web add @deepwhale-cn/dsh-phishing-guard，支持 --root、--demo、--list-rules 与 HTML 报告，🔴 命中时退出码为 1。
