dsh-hook-followup：在 DSH 對話輪次末尾接 Hook 追問與快捷回覆

an-an-618 維護的 DSH 工作流插件，在每輪迴答 turnTail 渲染一句錨定正文的追問和 1–3 條用戶口吻膠囊；點選經 conversation.send 以普通消息續聊。採用先調 followup 再寫正文，避免正文被摺疊。含 strategy、render_mode 等配置，MIT v0.1.1，需 DSH >=0.2.1-rc.2。
