DSH Tray Restart：在 Windows 托盤菜單中一鍵重啓桌面端
DSH Tray Restart（maqian1632）是 DeepSeek Harness 客戶端類 Host 插件，在 Windows 系統托盤原有菜單中插入「重啓 DeepSeek Harness」，不增加第二個托盤圖標。點擊後調用 app.relaunch() 與 quitWithoutConfirmation()，與開發菜單「重啓應用與 Host」邏輯一致。當前適配 DSH Desktop 0.2.1-rc.3，通過 plugin_manager 或插件市場安裝；激活時對 app.asar 做等長冪等補丁。安裝後需完全退出再打開 DSH 才能看到新菜單。
