dsh-whale-tools: Automatic Cutout and Ops Tools for the Little Whale Pendant

`dsh-whale-tools` is a satellite plugin built on top of `dsh-whale-widget`, primarily designed to address user-defined widgets and session management. It supports server-side automatic background removal to replace arbitrary images with the little whale widget, and provides a “Restart dsh” button in the session header along with browser heartbeat detection. The plugin also includes CSS fixes for mobile devices. It depends on `dsh-whale-widget` and `sharp`, and by default allows access only from local loopback. Note that the patching feature carries the risk of modifying source code, and the restart button is unavailable on mobile devices.
