dsh-annotations：在 DSH Web 里对助手回复做行内批注并随消息发送

dsh-annotations 是 jin1254 维护的 DSH Web 客户端插件（0.1.4，MIT）。在已完成的助手回复中选文、写评论，通过 composer reference chip 随下一条用户消息提交，含悬停预览与来源导航。安装需从 GitHub Releases 下载 .tgz，执行 dsh plugin --profile web add <archive-path> --ignore-scripts。当前仅声明兼容 DSH 0.2.1-rc.2 Web UI；批注以 JSON 块随普通用户消息发出，引用占用输入 token。未发送批注仅存本浏览器，使用时应禁用其他批注插件。
