dsh-token-usage: Add a Token Usage Analysis Page to DSH Web GUI
dsh-token-usage is a Token usage analysis plugin for DSH Web GUI (npm package @samecorner/dsh-client-ui-token-usage, v0.1.3, MIT licensed). It adds a "Token Usage" tab at the top of the session, rendering projection data such as `tokenUsage` and `contextPressure` from the host as visual panels. Features include per-round KPI cards, context pressure progress bars (warning at 80%), context composition, and per-round bar charts.
