DeepSeek Harness Spanish Language Pack (dsh-locale-es)

`dsh-locale-es` is a community-maintained DeepSeek Harness plugin that adds Spanish support to the Web UI. It injects 1626 strings via the official API, and untranslated portions automatically fall back to English. The plugin does not modify core code. To install it, use the `dsh plugin` command and ensure Node.js >= 22 is available. After installation, restart the application and select Español from the language list to activate it.
