dsh-skill-manager is a non-intrusive DSH plugin for unified lifecycle management of official file system Skills. It provides a settings page for viewing session-available Skills, local installation (supporting ZIP and `SKILL.md`), updating, disabling, and uninstallation, and includes safety mechanisms such as install overwrite protection, automatic backup before updates, and moving uninstalled items to a recovery area. The plugin displays “session-available Skills” and “manager-owned Skills” separately, resolving state confusion, and supports hot refresh without requiring a Harness restart. Installation must be performed through the `dsh plugin` process and takes effect after restart. Note that its management scope is limited to specific directories, and it does not support installation from GitHub or automatic updates in the first version.
