dsh-think-zh: Enabling Simplified Chinese for DSH Reasoning Process

The default thinking process of DeepSeek Harness is often in English, which is not conducive to Chinese users' comprehension of the reasoning chain. dsh-think-zh injects concise language instructions into the system prompt for each request: the thinking process is always in Simplified Chinese, the response follows the language of the query, and code and identifiers remain in their original language. The plugin is injected via the cordis section, with a token cost of approximately 75 characters per request. It supports disabling or customizing the instructions.
