dsh-plugin-power-button: One-Click Shutdown/Reboot for DSH Desktop

Under DSH desktop's default behavior, clicking the close button only minimizes the app to the tray. This plugin adds “Shut Down” and “Restart” functions via sidebar buttons. Shut down fully exits the process and removes the tray icon; restart exits the process first and then automatically relaunches it after the port is released, verifying startup. To prevent accidental actions, the plugin includes a secondary confirmation mechanism and enforces confirmation when detecting active sessions or background tasks. This feature only supports Windows 10/11 desktop and includes security checks to prevent malicious shutdowns. Install it with `dsh plugin --profile desktop add github:WovenJunct/dsh-plugin-power-button`.
